Unir les efforts pour les femmes dans l\u2019agriculture<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa collaboration entre Vision Landwirtschaft et la BFH-HAFL est n\u00e9e en 2022, lors du 4e congr\u00e8s international \u00abLes femmes dans l\u2019agriculture\u00bb \u00e0 Zollikofen, de la rencontre entre Laura Spring, ancienne codirigeante de Vision Landwirtschaft et Sandra Contzen, prof en sociologie rurale \u00e0 la BFH-HAFL. Le r\u00e9seau sectoriel de Vision Landwirtschaft et de la BFH-HAFL, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche de longue date sur le sujet men\u00e9e par la BFH-HAFL, constitue le fondement de ce projet de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement ax\u00e9 sur la pratique.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Das Projektteam setzt sich zusammen aus den drei Frauen Sandra Contzen, Rebecca Knoth-Letsch und Anna Kr\u00f6plin. Jede von ihnen hat einen anderen aka\u00addemisch-beruflichen Hinter\u00adgrund, aber etwas vereint sie: ihr Streben nach mehr Ge\u00adschlechter\u00adgerechtigkeit in der Landwirtschaft und der Gesell\u00adschaft insgesamt. Als dy\u00adna\u00admisches Trio haben sie sich zum Ziel gesetzt, mit diesem Projekt einen Beitrag dazu zu leisten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00ab L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits entre femmes et hommes me tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur \u00e0 titre priv\u00e9 mais aussi professionnel. Je m\u2019int\u00e9resse donc depuis plus de 20 ans aux besoins, aux d\u00e9fis et aux contributions des femmes dans l\u2019agriculture. Je me r\u00e9jouis de pouvoir participer \u00e0 les renforcer dans le cadre de ce projet. \u00bb<\/p>
