Eine Landwirtschaft ohne Frauen ist undenkbar. All jene Frauen, die in der traditionellen M\u00e4nnerdom\u00e4ne Landwirtschaft eine aktive Rolle einnehmen, sind aber wenig vernetzt und oft unsichtbar. Das Projekt m\u00f6chte in der Landwirtschaft t\u00e4tige Frauen st\u00e4rken, vernetzen und sichtbar machen. Sie spielen h\u00e4ufig eine zentrale be\u00adtrieb\u00adliche Rolle, jedoch oft im Schatten von anderen. Neben der Erhebung von empirischen Daten werden im Projekt gemeinsam mit in der Land\u00adwirt\u00adschaft t\u00e4tigen Frauen deren Be\u00addu\u0308rfnisse diskutiert, Hand\u00adlungs\u00adfelder identifiziert und Mass\u00adnahmen entwickelt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Zusammenarbeit von Vision Landwirtschaft und der BFH-HAFL ist durch die Begegnung von Laura Spring, ehemalige Co-\u00adGesch\u00e4fts\u00adf\u00fchrerin Vision Landwirtschaft und Sandra Contzen, Dozentin f\u00fcr Agrarsoziologie an der BFH-HAFL an der 4. internationalen Tagung \u00abFrauen in der Land\u00adwirtschaft\u00bb von 2022 in Zollikofen entstanden. Die Vernetzung in der Branche von Vision Landwirtschaft und der BFH-HAFL sowie die lang\u00adj\u00e4hrige Forschung zur Thematik seitens BFH-HAFL bilden die Grundlage, um dieses praxisorientierte Forschungs- und Entwicklungs\u00adprojekt durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>

Das Projektteam setzt sich aus den drei Frauen Sandra Contzen, Rebecca Knoth-Letsch und Anna Kr\u00f6plin zusammen. Jede von ihnen hat einen anderen akademisch-beruflichen Hintergrund, aber etwas vereint sie: ihr Streben nach mehr Geschlechter\u00adgerechtigkeit in der Land\u00adwirtschaft und der Gesell\u00adschaft insgesamt.
