Un projet de recherche et de mise en \u0153uvre ax\u00e9 sur la pratique<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBien qu\u2019elles jouent souvent un r\u00f4le central sur l\u2019exploitation agricole, les femmes restent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans l\u2019ombre. Le projet vise \u00e0 renforcer les femmes actives dans l\u2019agriculture, \u00e0 les mettre en r\u00e9seau et \u00e0 leur donner plus de visibilit\u00e9. \u00c0 cette fin, il a pour objet de collecter des donn\u00e9es empiriques, de discuter avec les int\u00e9ress\u00e9es elles-m\u00eames des besoins des femmes qui travaillent dans l\u2019agriculture, d\u2019identifier des champs d\u2019action et d\u2019\u00e9laborer des mesures.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

L\u2019agriculture, un domaine masculin<\/h2>

Nur gut 7% der Schweizer Landwirtschaftsbetriebe werden von Frauen geleitet<\/a>, da traditionsgem\u00e4ss die S\u00f6hne den elterlichen Betrieb u\u0308bernehmen und dies, obwohl ein Drittel der Abg\u00e4nger:innen der Aus\u00adbildung zum Landwirt bzw. zur Landwirtin EFZ Frauen sind. Den Gross\u00adteil der Frauen in der Land\u00adwirtschaft machen die B\u00e4uerinnen aus, also die Ehefrauen der Betriebsleiter. Mindestens ein Drittel der B\u00e4uerinnen arbeitet ohne Lohn auf den Betrieben ihrer Ehem\u00e4nner. Einerseits besteht diese Gratis\u00admitarbeit traditionsbedingt, anderer\u00adseits k\u00f6nnen einige Betriebe ohne sie gar nicht u\u0308berleben. Generell wird der \u00f6konomische Beitrag der Frauen fu\u0308r die Familienbetriebe und die Landwirtschaft insgesamt zu stark ausgeblendet, auf den Betrieben, in den Ausbildungen und in der Agrarpolitik.<\/p>

Pas de lobby sp\u00e9cifique
<\/strong><\/h2>

La recherche ne s\u2019est encore jamais pench\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s sur la contribution \u00e9conomique des femmes. De plus, les femmes qui ne correspondent pas \u00e0 la paysanne \u00abtraditionnelle\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les agricultrices, cheffes d\u2019exploitation, co-cheffes d\u2019exploitation, ou neo-paysannes, n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre des \u00e9tudes sur le genre. Elles aussi apportent pourtant une contribution \u00e9conomique importante \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019agriculture. Malgr\u00e9 tout, leur prestation est n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. Et contrairement aux paysannes, elles ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019aucun lobby et sont moins en r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ce projet a pour but de donner de la visibilit\u00e9 aux femmes qui travaillent dans l\u2019agriculture, \u00e0 les renforcer et \u00e0 les mettre en r\u00e9seau.<\/p>

Visibiliser<\/h2>

Afin de donner plus de visibilit\u00e9 aux femmes, il faut en premier lieu b\u00e2tir les connaissances utiles \u00e0 la recherche sur la contribution \u00e9conomique \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation agricole familiale de toutes les femmes et sur leur statut dans les exploitations, la politique, les lois et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cet objectif met l\u2019accent sur les paysannes, les cheffes d\u2019exploitation, les coexploitantes, etc.<\/p>

Renforcer et mettre en r\u00e9seau<\/h2>

Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wird das Wissen transdisziplin\u00e4r entwickelt, d.h. je nach Phase in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Praktikerinnen in so\u00adgenannten \u00abLiving Labs<\/a>\u00bb und im Austausch mit europ\u00e4ischen Forschungs- und Praxis-Partner:innen. In den Living Labs treffen sich Praktikerinnen aus der Landwirtschaft in fester Zusammensetzung in drei verschiedenen Regionen der Schweiz, um zusammen Mass\u00adnahmen zu entwickeln, welche die Praktikerinnen st\u00e4rken und vernetzen. Zudem sollen darauf auf\u00adbauend Ver\u00e4nderungen auf politischer oder ge\u00adsetzlicher Ebene angestossen werden, mit dem Ziel, der Ge\u00adschlechter\u00adgerechtigkeit in der Landwirtschaft einen Schritt n\u00e4her zu kommen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es du projet sont les plus intenses car il faut, durant cette p\u00e9riode, \u00e9tablir les fondements n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration, au test et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des mesures. Im letzten Projektjahr setzten wir uns detailliert mit dem uns zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Datensatz der BLW-Studie \u00abFrauen in der Landwirtschaft\u00bb , welche im Jahr 2022 publiziert wurde. Es wurden Daten von 778 Frauen gesammelt und in der Studie publiziert. Bei Beginn der Analyse wurde erkannt, dass den publizierten Zahlen zu Betriebsleiterinnen wohl Plausibilisierungen fehlen.<\/p>
