Le projet \u00ab Les femmes dans l'agriculture \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 il y a environ deux ans. Outre la collecte de donn\u00e9es empiriques \u00e0 des fins de recherche, les \u00ab Living Labs \u00bb constituent le c\u0153ur du projet. La motivation exceptionnelle des femmes participant aux r\u00e9unions et la pr\u00e9sence croissante dans les m\u00e9dias agricoles montrent l'importance du projet. Voici un aper\u00e7u de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et de ce que nous attendons avec impatience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Au cours de l'hiver 23\/24, nous avons rencontr\u00e9 28 femmes issues du milieu agricole de Suisse romande et al\u00e9manique, qui nous ont parl\u00e9 de leur situation, de leur contribution \u00e9conomique et de leur vie dans les exploitations agricoles.<\/p>

Ein Teil der Interviews ist Teil der Masterarbeit von Anna Kr\u00f6plin zum Thema ‚Geldfl\u00fcsse zwischen Betrieb und Haushalt‘. Dabei wurde untersucht, inwiefern Geld zwischen Haushalt und Betrieb verteilt wird und was diese Verteilung auf die involvierten Frauen hat. Es konnte dabei unter anderem festgestellt werden, dass rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen bestehen, welche die Vermischung der beiden Bereiche f\u00f6rdert. Dies kann besonders f\u00fcr die Familie negative Folgen haben, da der Betrieb in den meisten \u00f6konomischen \u00dcberlegungen priorisiert wird. Die Interviews werden in diesem Jahr weiter ausgewertet und die Erkentnisse hier publiziert.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Living Labs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les Living Labs ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en janvier 2025 avec un groupe dans la r\u00e9gion de Berne, un autre dans la r\u00e9gion de Saint-Gall et un troisi\u00e8me en Suisse romande. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des appels lanc\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9dias agricoles et d'autres canaux, 16 personnes en Suisse al\u00e9manique et 8 personnes en Suisse romande ont \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9es \u00e0 participer aux r\u00e9unions.
L'objectif principal des Living Labs est de donner aux participantes l'espace et le temps n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9changer sur des th\u00e8mes qu'elles ont elles-m\u00eames choisis et, avec notre soutien, de d\u00e9finir leurs principales pr\u00e9occupations et leurs champs d'action ainsi que des pistes de solution possibles.
Les deux premi\u00e8res r\u00e9unions des trois groupes ont eu lieu en janvier et mars 2025 et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9es de succ\u00e8s. Les participantes sont tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9es et motiv\u00e9es pour \u00e9changer sur leur r\u00f4le dans l'exploitation et dans la pratique agricole en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et pour d\u00e9velopper, \u00e0 partir de leurs exp\u00e9riences et de leurs connaissances, des th\u00e8mes communs qui seront approfondis lors des prochaines r\u00e9unions. Leurs pr\u00e9occupations vont des besoins personnels (par exemple, un groupe d'\u00e9change pour les agricultrices en activit\u00e9) \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration d'initiatives politiques ou de fiches d'information abordant des th\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques aux femmes dans l'agriculture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c0 l'automne 2025, d'autres r\u00e9unions des Living Labs auront lieu, au cours desquelles les participantes approfondiront et concr\u00e9tiseront leurs pr\u00e9occupations. L'objectif est d'obtenir un impact \u00e0 long terme, au-del\u00e0 du projet. Un autre temps fort aura lieu en 2026 : l'ONU a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 2026 \u00ab Ann\u00e9e internationale des agricultrices \u00bb.
