Un deuxi\u00e8me groupe travaille \u00e0 la mise en place d'un r\u00e9seau pour les cheffes d'exploitation et \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont la mise en r\u00e9seau entre praticiennes pourrait \u00eatre assur\u00e9e \u00e0 long terme. Et dans le troisi\u00e8me groupe, les formes juridiques possibles des exploitations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9es et discut\u00e9es en d\u00e9tail.\nLes fiches d'information sont actuellement retravaill\u00e9es sur le plan graphique et seront bient\u00f4t publi\u00e9es ici, tout comme les r\u00e9sultats concernant le r\u00e9seau.<\/p><p>Les femmes se r\u00e9uniront pour la derni\u00e8re fois dans le cadre de ce projet en f\u00e9vrier 2026. Mais une chose est d\u00e9j\u00e0 claire : les participantes se sentent renforc\u00e9es par le projet. Alors que lors des premi\u00e8res r\u00e9unions, les femmes \u00e9taient en conflit avec leur situation \u00ab Je ne sais pas qui je suis. Je ne suis ni agriculteure ni paysanne. Peut-\u00eatre suis-je simplement une femme dans l'agriculture \u00bb, elles avancent d\u00e9sormais avec plus de clart\u00e9 et de force : \u00ab Ces rencontres m'apportent beaucoup. J'ai un visage. J'ai mon r\u00f4le. Et je suis enfin visible dans ce r\u00f4le. \u00bb<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41436724 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"41436724\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00c9changes avec le public<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d3dbd38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d3dbd38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La situation des femmes chefs d'exploitation a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9e non seulement dans les m\u00e9dias agricoles, mais aussi lors de petits \u00e9v\u00e9nements o\u00f9 des praticiennes ont pu \u00e9changer directement avec le public. Ainsi, un samedi d'octobre, deux participantes des Living Labs ont racont\u00e9 leur quotidien dans un caf\u00e9 de Schwyz et ont parl\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s personnelle de ce que signifie pour elles \u00eatre une femme dans l'agriculture. La discussion qui a suivi avec les visiteurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9mouvante et chaleureuse. Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier fra-z pour l'organisation et la r\u00e9alisation de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-459a3cf6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"459a3cf6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Coup d'\u0153il sur les pays voisins<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15eff309 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"15eff309\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAu cours de l'\u00e9t\u00e9, l'\u00e9quipe du projet a re\u00e7u la visite de l'universit\u00e9 Purpan de Toulouse. Lors d'un \u00e9change stimulant avec l'agronome et sociologue  Chloe le Brun, la situation des femmes dans l'agriculture suisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle en France. M\u00eame si les structures fondamentales des syst\u00e8mes agricoles sont diff\u00e9rentes, les besoins des femmes chefs d'exploitation semblent \u00eatre les m\u00eames. Le d\u00e9sir d'une meilleure acceptation de leur r\u00f4le, d'une plus grande visibilit\u00e9 et d'un r\u00e9seau entre personnes partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es est palpable.
