Mise en r\u00e9seau des praticiennes <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

Afin de rassembler les praticiennes du secteur agricole, des \u00ab Living Labs \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifiait que trois groupes r\u00e9gionaux (Berne, Suisse romande et Suisse orientale) se sont r\u00e9unis cinq fois chacun sur une p\u00e9riode de deux ans, avec une composition inchang\u00e9e.\u00a0
Dans le cadre d\u2019une approche \u2018bottom-up\u2019 les th\u00e8mes prioritaires qui pr\u00e9occupent les participantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis lors de la premi\u00e8re rencontre. Ceux-ci ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res par le groupe. Parmi les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s et trait\u00e9s figuraient notamment les suivants :\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \n
  • aspects pratiques du quotidien de l\u2019exploitation,\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • formes d\u2019entreprise mieux adapt\u00e9es aux femmes (passage de l\u2019entreprise individuelle \u00e0 la S\u00e0rl)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • le travail en \u00e9quipe ou en partenariat sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 (y compris les questions relatives \u00e0 la constitution d\u2019\u00e9quipes, au coaching d\u2019\u00e9quipes, etc.)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • la charge mentale, l\u2019auto-identification, la d\u00e9finition des r\u00f4les\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • les obstacles structurels \/ politiques pour les femmes actives dans l\u2019agriculture\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • la visibilit\u00e9 \/ la perception des praticiennes au sein et en dehors du secteur\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Mise en r\u00e9seau r\u00e9gionale et nationale aux niveaux technique et politique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


                Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la composition stable du groupe et aux rencontres entre praticiennes, une grande confiance et une dynamique de groupe positive et constructive se sont tr\u00e8s vite install\u00e9es. Comme il \u00e9tait clair d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part que les r\u00e9unions \u00e9taient limit\u00e9es dans le temps, la motivation \u00e9tait l\u00e0 pour cr\u00e9er quelque chose de concret, en plus d\u2019un \u00e9change sur le \u00ab quotidien \u00bb. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019ont par exemple vu le jour une liste de cours sur des th\u00e8mes pouvant \u00eatre propos\u00e9s dans le cadre de formations dispens\u00e9es par des femmes pour des femmes, ainsi que des fiches d\u2019information sur la maternit\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019ind\u00e9pendante ou sur la gestion d\u2019exploitation en partenariat. (Des mises \u00e0 jour sur les r\u00e9sultats suivront sur cette page d\u2019accueil.)\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

                Bien que les Living Labs aient r\u00e9uni des femmes aux orientations d\u2019exploitation, aux formes de production et aux attitudes tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes, ces facteurs op\u00e9rationnels n\u2019ont gu\u00e8re jou\u00e9 de r\u00f4le. Au premier plan figuraient les exp\u00e9riences qu\u2019elles vivent en tant que femmes dans ce domaine professionnel et de travail concret, ainsi que les \u00e9changes communs \u00e0 ce sujet. Ainsi, il fait malheureusement toujours partie du quotidien de nombreuses (co)dirigeantes d\u2019exploitations agricoles de devoir, en tant que femmes, faire leurs preuves en plus, de se justifier aupr\u00e8s des administrations et des conseillers et d\u2019y d\u00e9montrer leur pertinence et leur comp\u00e9tence.\u00a0<\/p>\n

                Les \u00e9changes r\u00e9guliers sur des th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation, aux obstacles structurels ou aux d\u00e9fis sociaux ont montr\u00e9 aux participantes qu\u2019elles ne sont pas seules et les ont confort\u00e9es dans leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes en tant que professionnelles de l\u2019agriculture.\u00a0<\/p>\n

                Dans une prochaine \u00e9tape, les fiches techniques mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus seront finalis\u00e9es et un aper\u00e7u des offres de cours existantes \u00ab par des femmes pour des femmes \u00bb dans les \u00e9coles d\u2019agriculture sera \u00e9labor\u00e9.
